In a fun story, expose kids to the ideas behind one of the most effective and well-researched therapies in the field of psychology--Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Kids will join Luke and Sophia as they battle negative thoughts in the magical world of their minds.

Summary: Luke is a third-grader having a horrible day. But when he magically travels to a city inside his mind, he is amazed to find out he is a superhero. The city he protects is filled with all-you-can-eat ice cream shops, dragons, and piles of hot Cheetos. But when an artist starts covering everything in a strange goo, Luke must find out how to stop him before the whole city is ruined, and in the process find a way to improve his own horrible day as well.

Help your child learn to overcome their negative thinking patterns through a fun story with an imaginative setting. This book empowers kids to think about how their all-or-nothing thinking may be inaccurate and unhelpful.

Great for Anxious Child and for Whole Family

We read this book together with our child who has anxiety and deals with perfectionism. She happens to love books so this fit the bill perfectly. We are half way through it right now and she's been making great connections to her own life and challenges. She says might need things to be "ideal" and perfect and can see how her mind can overcome that. Honestly very happy to have this book to empower her (and myself!) in using our mind as a superpower to overcome mental challenges. Also it's just fun and we really liked the world that is created in the main character's mind.

My kids loved it!

My kids who are 8 and 10 finished reading it each by themselves in just a couple days they loved it so much! As soon as they finished they were asking me when the next book would come out. This is such a great story and what a great way for kids to learn about their minds in an engaging way. I highly recommend it!
